Our physical health checks offer a routine, supportive assessment of your overall wellbeing. During your visit, our clinicians will review your medical history and check key vital signs such as blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygen levels, body temperature, and heart rate. 

You'll also receive personalized health education based on your results, helping you understand your current health status and what steps you can take to maintain or improve your wellbeing.

At Village Collective our sexual health check-up is a confidential and routine assessment that supports individuals to feel informed and in control of their sexual wellbeing. During the visit, you'll have space to discuss symptoms, concerns, and questions, alongside a review of your sexual health history. Your clinician may also offer testing for STI's such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV to ensure you have the knowledge and support needed to look after your ongoing health.

Our talanoa sessions are delivered by trained psychologists who specialize in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our Pasifika young people and their communities. These sessions provide a safe, confidential, and culturally grounded space for pasifika young people to open up about their thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences. 

At Village Collective, we recognize how important it is for our people to feel seen, heard, and supported. Through these talanoa sessions, our psychologists offer guidance, encouragement, and practical coping tools to help navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship pressures. 

These sessions are designed to strengthen self-understanding, build resilience, and empower individuals with healthier ways of managing life's difficulties.
