Lane works with young people, families, and communities to help them grow in confidence, skills, and connection to their culture. His approach combines cultural grounding, creativity, and community connection, ensuring everyone he works with feels, seen, supported, and ready to thrive.
Drive by the desire to provide young people with the resources and knowledge he didn't have growing up, Lane is passionate about making a lasting impact. He holds close the verse, "Dont let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity" (1 Timothy 4:12), inspiring youth to lead by example. Outside of work, Lane speaks Samoan, is picking up a bit of Spanish, and enjoys anime, volleyball, and strumming his guitar - basically, a mix of creativity, culture, and a bit of fun.
